Dr. Jano and other authors of the “Handbook for Citizens” launch the manual at the EU Info Network stand at Tirana Book Fair 2016. They explained the importance of such a manual in light of the recent EC recommendation for opening EU accession negotiations with Albania, and how they decided to come up with this publication to help young Albanians and citizens to have an accurate information on each negotiating chapter and the process.
